1. The products

We sell digital educational materials for microbiology study, including online study notes, a rapid review, live sessions, and mentorship (“Products”). Our Products are study aids for educational purposes only. They are not medical advice and do not replace official curricula, textbooks, or professional judgment.

2. Your account

To purchase or access most Products you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your password confidential, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. License to use the Products

When you purchase a Product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use it for your own personal, non-commercial study. You may not:

• copy, resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Products;
• share your account, download links, or files with others;
• upload the Products to file-sharing sites or public platforms;
• remove any copyright or ownership notices.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach this license.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and in the Products — text, images, diagrams, videos, and branding — is owned by A&A Microbiology Mastery or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the Site in US Dollars (USD) and may change at any time, though changes do not affect purchases already completed. Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy; by purchasing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s terms. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. Delivery and access

All Products are delivered digitally. See our Delivery Policy for how and when you receive access to what you purchase.

7. Refunds

Because our Products are digital, refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or that the content is error-free or will guarantee any exam result. You use the Products at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A&A Microbiology Mastery will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in question.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date, and continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
