This Delivery Policy explains how you receive access to what you purchase on aamicrobiology.com, operated by A&A Microbiology Mastery. All our products are digital — there is no physical shipping.
1. Study notes & materials
Study notes are delivered electronically and access is immediate — as soon as your payment is confirmed, the content unlocks in your account dashboard. No download links or files are emailed; everything is viewed online from your account.
2. Live sessions & mentorship
These are scheduled, not instant. After payment, our staff will reach out to you directly by email or WhatsApp to arrange your session time. See our Cancellation Policy for rescheduling terms.
3. Delivery method
Everything is delivered digitally through your personal account on the Site, or arranged directly with our staff for live sessions. We do not ship any physical products.
4. Access problems
