Refund Policy

1. Study notes & materials — non-refundable

All sales of study notes, including section bundles, are final. Because these are delivered digitally and grant immediate access to their full content the moment they are purchased, we do not offer refunds on them once access has been granted, except where required by law or in the cases listed in Section 3.

2. Live sessions & mentorship

Live sessions and mentorship can be rescheduled or cancelled up until the session takes place, with a refund available if cancelled in time. See our Cancellation Policy for the full rescheduling window and terms.

3. Always eligible for a refund

Regardless of the above, you are entitled to a refund if:

• you were charged twice or in error;
• the product was never delivered and we cannot resolve access; or
• the product is materially not as described.

4. How to request a refund or reschedule

Email aa.microbiology.support@gmail.com or WhatsApp +962788374850 from the details you used at checkout, with your order details and the reason. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank. Once refunded, your access to the related product may be revoked.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
