Cancellation Policy

1. Live sessions & mentorship

After payment, you’ll arrange your session time directly with us by email or WhatsApp. If your session hasn’t been scheduled yet, or you need to reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before the agreed time and we’ll work with you at no cost — options may include rescheduling, a credit toward a future session, or a refund for sessions not yet held.

Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, not attending, or sessions already completed, are not refundable — see our Refund Policy for full details on refunds.

2. Study notes & materials

Notes and materials are delivered instantly and aren’t a scheduled service, so cancellation doesn’t apply to them — see our Refund Policy instead.
